Turns on Turns an All Women's Freestyle Mini Camp

Join us for the two day clinic focused on educating our women wrestlers on par terre turns and transition takedown to turn! Leave the camp with a better understanding for both offense and defense in the par terre position!

Who Can Participate: This event is open to any female age 12-21 with an active USA Wrestling card!

Participation Fee:
Both Days - $125 per athlete pre-registration / $150 per athlete walk in
One Day - $75 per athlete pre-registration / $100 per athlete walk in
Full refunds by until June 25th - 50% refund after June 26th or later

Monday - July 1
9:15am Doors Open
9:30am Check In Begins
10am-12pm Session 1: Single to Leg Lace & Lace Defense
12pm-1pm Lunch Break (Not Included)
1pm-3pm Session 2: Head Outside Shots to Lace, Turk & Double Knee Traps

Tuesday - July 2
9:30am Doors Open
10am-12pm Session 3: Go Behinds to Gut Wrench & Gut Defense
12pm-1pm Lunch Break (Not Included)
1pm-3pm Session 4: Review & Matches
